Cristina Chavers / Human Resources Administrator

Ms. Chavers joined Superior Mobile Health as a Human Resources Administrator bringing extensive HR experience from previous large retail outfits (Macy’s, Target, and Rooms to Go). From these experiences, she was responsible for recruitment, interview process, onboarding and implementing company culture, succession planning, and employee relations.

Prior to her working with large retail outfits, she served as chief representative of recruitment and Collegiate Affairs on the National Executive Board of Delta Xi Nu Sorority. Here she was seated as co-chair of Expansions on the National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC) by overseeing the expansion, recruitment, and retention of over 10 Greek organizations with hundreds of individual chapters at universities during her time on NMGC.

Ms. Chavers earned her Master’s in Strategic Management from University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a support in Communications from the University of the Incarnate Word. When Cristina is not working, she likes to go paddle boarding and watching documentaries.
