Mr. Schultz began his career in EMS as a Licensed Paramedic over 30 years ago. During his career, he saw the need for more well trained EMT’s and lack of efficient EMS providers in the Mid-West. This led him to start his own company, ATS Medical Services, Inc. in Rockford, IL. From his humble beginnings with only 5 employees and 1 ambulance, he built one of the largest and respected mid-west EMS companies.
ATS consisted of over 275 employees and a fleet of 100 vehicles while servicing several large hospital system contracts, city 911 contracts, and multiple Department of Defense (DOD) contracts, he expanded his footprint from Illinois to NY, IN, SC, NC, ND, TX, and NM.
In 2016 his company was acquired, and he relocated to Texas while providing contract consulting for a few years before coming to Superior Mobile Health as our Chief Operations Officer. Andy brings a wealth of pre-hospital business and logistics knowledge to assist our continued expanded footprint and service model at Superior Mobile Health.
